First, the food really is good. The service on our first visit ... not so much. I ordered online and then arrived and parked at the location stated for curbside pickup. After waiting for 10 minutes past the expected delivery time I finally went inside (I ordered online so I could avoid going inside) and saw a table with 4-5 orders just sitting there. I asked if I could grab my food and was told "sure, it's all there". Just 10 minutes colder:( The car that was parked next to me had been waiting longer than me and his was waiting as well. When I got home I realized that they had given me one wrong item and had neglected to include extra ranch I ordered. Also, one of our sandwiches had a piece of chicken that was no more than half the size of the others. My son was pretty disappointed in that. Again, the food was good but I'm not sure I would ever order online or by drive-through again. Too many mistakes on a single order. Update: I downgraded another star again just because of the customer service experience. I was told to reach out to their headquarters so I could give feedback but there never was a response.

Got the chicken sandwich. Very tasty. But the bun was way bigger then the price of chicken. My boss bought the 3 price tender meal. And to say the least it wasn't a meal. 3 tiny tenders . Cole slaw in a ketchup cup. But there were plenty of 🍟 to try and fill ya up! Overall too pricey for the lack off food you get!🤔

Summer and Dean were very accommodating for our order. We have been coming here for a while now and have always been pleased with the food and service. This past time Summer and Dean went out of their way to fulfill our order!

The people are so friendly and helpful. They opened the door for us to come in which was helpful because we had a wheelchair. Very accommodating. The chicken was tender and fresh. Its the best Chicken around. The fried Buffalo cauliflower was amazing too. Everything was so good. Will be back.

The legs! The boneless chicken and sauce! Every side dish was amazing, be sure to try the Buffalo cauliflower. But more important than the great food is the great story behind Red Barn Academy. Please read about them when you visit.
