Jim is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He came to our home to inspect some electrical and helped us with a quick fix and told us to save our money for other repairs! He also gave us some helpful advice on heating and cooling as well. We have another project coming up and we will definitely be using his services. Highly recommend!

Great service and very knowledgeable. Jim came out and replaced a leaky zone valve on my boiler. I had another contractor look at it the day before and he didn't want to take on the project because it would take a whole day to do. Jim had the valve fixed in a couple hours. He is very clean and meticulous with his work. I highly recommend Performance Heating Cooling Electrical.

Jim has helped us out numerous times with a variety of heating and cooling issues. He has always been very responsive and reliable. Our 20+ year old furnace is still running great because of his help. We will definitely contact him in the future for any heating and cooling services.

Awesome service. I cannot thank Jim enough. My furnace went out the day before. We had no heat. Every place I called was too busy to come out. I left performance engineering a message and Jim called me back within five minutes. His schedule was also pretty full that day and he was not going to be able to come out until late afternoon. Jim however took time to ask me questions about the issue. He had me perform a few simple operation over the phone and within minutes Jim was able to diagnose the problem. Although it looked pretty complicated Jim explained the component that needed to be replaced was actually very simple. He offered to call the part in to his wholesaler for me to pick up and walk me through the project if I was willing. After I got the part home the repair took a total of 20 minutes. The repair would’ve cost me hundreds of dollars but thanks to Jim’s character I paid no part markup, no service call charge, and no hourly rate. Jim is a good honest American man. He chose to help a person in need instead of making an easy dollar from them. The world needs more people like him. Jim came out and checked our furnace because it was not working. This is after I was told by three contractors I needed a brand new furnace. He problem solved and determined that it was a sensor. Heater is back on and running. We were going to buy a whole new furnace. Jim knew what he was doing and figured everything out saving us thousands of dollars.
