Crew was on time and finished the work promptly. Really like their work.
We hired Andrew and his crew to replace the roof on our historic home. The job was done quickly and professionally, and we're very pleased with the outcome! I would recommend Melvin Belk Roofing to anyone.
Prompt estimate, poor scheduling, poor quality and did not perform installation to manufacturers specifications. Not responsive to my calls and has not completed job. Terrible!
Job took a little longer than I predicted, but it turned out great! After care cleanup wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I found quite a few nails in the yard and back stoop. I notified them, they did offer to come out and re-clean. I did love that the quote is given without any high pressure sales! That was awesome. Did not have to pay for the job until it was completed. Nice family business.
Can only say positive things about these guys. Prompt, excellent follow-through. Even in a very busy and demanding time they were able to finish an important repair on our roof and time for a closing on our house.nnWe worked with Jeremiah and he was tremendous at every point of the process. Despite their busyness I never felt like we were out of touch with them and we are grateful for their prompt service.
