I love OMG Yoga! Michele is so welcoming. I have had 6 surgeries (5 neck fusions, 1 back). She has helped me when I can't do certain things, and given me options to try. She does such a great job with our whole class! She always gives good advice.Even when I find something hard to do, she encourages us, and makes us laugh. I always leave feeling stronger and with a smile on my face !
I absolutely love the restorative/gentle class on Tuesday mornings. It has been a great way to get back into the yoga-way after taking the summer off. Not only do I feel that it is great for my body, it also restores my soul.
Personable, professional and very knowledgeable staff. Great variety of classes offered by instructors who are attentive to personal needs and limitations. Affordable prices. Would very highly recommend this studio to any experience level, age or physical ability.
OMG Yoga is amazing. Shannon, Selene, Michelle, & Misty are upbeat, kind, and motivating. I started as a once-a-week complete beginner student and now I buy the unlimited pass attending four times or more a week! The variety of this studio makes every yoga class unique and & an experience to look forward to.
I've been practicing here for about 2 years now and each session is unique and thoughtful to what students are needing each day. Everything from the exceptional instructors, to the welcoming atmosphere, to the intentional practice itself is just the best way to start a day. I am stronger and more centered because of it.
