Very willing to work with you they understand that when you're in that or you can't pay a bill they made accommodations and I've been paid off to past bills and I'm very proud cuz now my credits going up unfortunately it's not a way to meet them but if you ever have to have dealings with them by all means cooperate and listen to what they have to say cuz it works

In my dealings with these people I have seen unhinged, insane behavior. I wouldn't trust these guys to handle a parking ticket.

Some how some way they issue warrants, judgement, and appeals but do not return phone calls nor actually send letters. They also forget what you previously agreed upon and make up new rules. With the worst possible customer service.
