From start to finish, this company made our day in Leelenau AMAZING! Bob was super helpful arranging the day and working with me on my ideas to tour/see... Communication day of was perfect... our guide/driver, Todd, was fun, knowledgeable and entertaining!!! If looking for a tour/van/bus - call these guys!!!
We've used Grand Traverse Adventure Company twice now and we've had exceptional service each time. The company is so personable. Our driver this year was Todd and he made the day so enjoyable. Todd offered to take our photo at each location, and offered suggestions on locations when we asked for it. We will be using GTAC next year when we're back, without a doubt.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company for wine tours and transportation when staying in the Traverse City area. Our tour guide, Ryan, was so fun and easy going. He was on time and provided an amazing tour that fit with our schedule. Our group loved the experience and we were so impressed with the company and service. Working with Bob prior to the event was fantastic. He was timely in responding and helped craft a great experience. Moving forward, this will be the company I use and recommend for wine tours or events when I return to the Traverse City area. THANK YOU for an unforgettable day!
My husband and I used Grand Traverse Adventure Company for a winery tour over Labor Day weekend. Our driver Ryan, was very knowledgable, easy-going and friendly. He didn't rush us at any spot. We will definitely be back again!
Anyone who wants to see Traverse City should contact this company they are respectful they know so much about the culture and history you cannot go wrong with them. I recommend them hands down as the best tour agency around everybody should take lessons from them on how to run a tour agency.
