This was an excellent encounter. The young lady that helped me was very nice and quite helpful. I have always a positive interaction with all the employees who work there.
Cole was an absolute breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to help me with my issues. I wouldn't ever change services because of him. He is one out of a million. A great person is hard to find. Absolutely amazing experience.
Sarah was great! Answered all of our questions and worked hard to find us any discounts we were eligible fo. She was also the only employee in the store at the time of our appointment. There were multiple phone calls coming in, as well as at least three different people who walked in without appointments; Sarah was able to handle everything quite well while still taking care of us.
Amazing service! Sarah helped me out so much today as I just switched to Verizon today. Explained everything down to the detail! I left with more knowledge then I expected to. Thank you Sarah once again!
