From the first call to get info all the way to being done with boards, Brad was super easy to work with. Customer service with a laid back relational element is his priority...but natural, not robotic. This was our first time on paddle boards and Brad was great in emphasizing comfort over trying to be or look “pro” right away. He loves the sport/hobby and wants others to enjoy it as well. Our family (kids ages 11 and almost 16) LOVED the experience and time on the water. We recommend HSPBC for sure!

Highly recommend renting boards from Harbor Springs Paddle Board Club. Very accommodating service and even let us keep the boards overnight. Awesome experience!
This was phenomenal... Brad is so kind, knowledgeable and patient. He has great insights and is a fantastic teacher and just an all around great human being, by far one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet. Couldn't recommend him enough, we will definitely be coming back in the future.
