My old puppy girl and I are new to the area and Bay Pines came highly recommended to us; so I drove from Alden to make sure we get the best care. We both(the dog and I ) were a bit curious and nervous as Butters has been going to the same vet all her life; but as all the reviews mention, everyone at Bay Pine was so lovely. We (Butters mostly) partially was taken by the wonderful bedside manner and detailed attention by Dr. Jarvis. We loved our visit, got what we needed done - all in the COVID friendly manner. It's safe to say that they have a new client for life. Many thanks to everyone that made our visit a breeze.

Dr. Palo went above and beyond to help our dog after she ingested a poisonous mushroom. She came in immediately on a Saturday after working a 60+ hour week and knew exactly how to treat our dog. She stayed until our dogs' symptoms resolved and kept in constant contact over the weekend to provide us with updates, continuously checking on our dog throughout the weekend and staying up late with her. She really cares about the pets she takes care of and is a wonderful Vet. The whole crew at Bay Pines is the best!

We just moved to the area. I have an elder dog with some arthritis issues. I was super worried about him and they put my.mind at ease.nWhile we have a vet in our previous city, I was interested in a second opinion. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't keeping him alive when he was miserable.nThe vet verified that my boy still has a strong heart and lungs. Pain control was good but we tweaked a little. He should have a lot of happy life left in him. ❤nOnly a loving pet owner knows that feeling.

I've been taking my dog here for 9 years and have always been happy with the level of care and compassion they exhibit towards my dog. He gets VERY anxious when going into the Vet office and hence can be a bit of a handful, and yet we are always treated with patience and kindness from all the staff. :)

The staff here is amazing. All of them. I have a fearful dog and they are the best at working with him to make his experience positive. The care is top notch and we have been delighted with them for more than 3 years now.
