Just going to state the facts:nTrip was scheduled for Mayn*COVID19 forced cancelation, company knew they had to cancel it in March, my husband's travel plans with TripAdvisor gave him a full refund the day everything shut downn* EDUCATIONAL TOURS would not speak with me and told me I had to only speak with their contact person at the schooln*Held our money until the end of August (Yep, refused to refund us for 5 months)n*They kept $200.00 and will not be refunding that amountn*Claim that some businesses will not give the money back, but will not give details so that I can call those businesses directlyn*Spoke with the 'contact person' he also was not given details but assumes it is their no refund portion of the payments.nWill not go on any school trips if the school uses this company, there are an unknown amount of us they did this too and I am surprised they are not expressing their displeasure also, maybe they are waiting until they get some of their money back.

Sons school trip was cancelled due to Covid, they refused to refund all our money. Very shady considering the circumstances.

Our choir traveled to NYC on a trip planned by Educational Tours Inc. Our guide, Janet was fabulous, as was our bus driver in NY (her name escapes me). In addition to two vocal clinics (which the kids enjoyed very much), they had an action-packed itinerary which might have been just a little too optimistic. We felt safe and taken care of throughout the trip - perhaps a little 'herded' from place to place as walking in NYC with such a large group necessitated. The trip was set up so that we slept on the bus during both legs of the trip - but the kids and chaperones were exhausted during the first day of sightseeing - arrange to sleep in a hotel for an extra night if you can swing it. It was great that the kids were able to visit so many places and do so many activities, but there seemed to be an inadequate amount of time to take in and appreciate much of what we saw. If you're planning a trip, consider allowing for more time at each destination, while allowing down-time for the kids at least one of the evenings. The kids were able to experience much of what NYC has to offer and returned home with their horizons widened and an appreciation for glitz, history, and real-life struggles and current events. The online payment system helped to keep me on track with trip payments and they were good with communication. One last note to chaperones - if you plan to travel, be prepared to walk a LOT. All in all an unforgettable trip!

Awful experience. I am a band director and I spent a year with them planning a trip to Florida and Disney for my students. 6 weeks before we left, and after all the fundraisers and money collection was completed, they tried jacking up the price of our trip by $8,000. We didn't have $8,000 more to give them so we had to cut connections with them. My collegue and I spent the month before our trip doing everything to make the trip happen from hotel reservations, Disney passes, booking vehicles, etc. They put us in a very tough position and it resulted in a trip that didn't go as smoothly as it should have. I'm not sure if this is some sort of scam and everybody else is just able to cough up the extra money or what. Very dissatisfied with my interactions and time wasted working with them.
