Fantastic experience!!nnI reached out to Dream Vacations because it is a local business, and I try to support local as much as I can.nI had a realistic budget in mind. All of our communication was probably 95% by text and 5% email, all from an original message I left with their voicemail which was returned promptly by text, which I had requested.nnI wanted a vacation where I could relax, do some snorkeling from an all-inclusive resort on a beach somewhere warm and sit by a pool in the sun ☀ufe0f and not really have to think much — just relax.nnJessica periodically checked in on me via short texts prior and during my short trip out of county. — In my option, when you’re traveling out of country alone it’s probably a good idea to have a buddy system of sorts where someone back home has somewhat of an idea where you are.nnIf you’re looking for a vacation where someone else does the knowledgeable leg work for you and knows the ins and outs, ie. Travel Agency, then I definitely would recommend Dream Vacations as a first choice for your next vacation!
Jessica was awesome to work with. Her customer service was beyond fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to communicate with me. I have never used a travel agent before and her ability to take a conceptual thought I had and turn in into an awesome experience is why I will continue to use her. I have no doubts she will make you happy far beyond what you expect!

After taking a lot of all inclusive vacations, we decided to try a cruise for a change of pace. We weren't sure where to start, but Jessica & Shane were recommended to us to discuss. Wow, the knowledge they possessed about cruise lines, locations, amenities etc. was vast. The attention to detail, follow up and follow through was very professional. I would highly recommend using Jessica and Shane for your vacation needs.
