Roach Home Improvement does absolutely superior work. They replaced our home roof and half of a barn roof. The work was flawless and superior. They did a perfect clean up after each job. Their customer service is the best Ive seen. They are one of the best in Battle Creek. I would most definitely call them again first. The final edit on this was at 10:30AM December 5, 2020.
Hail damage necessitated us to have a new roof installed.nRoach was very prompt and courteous on giving us an estimate.nThe crew came on a 90 degree Monday in early September and stripped the old roof off into a dumpster which they provided. I was impressed by how hard they worked on such a hot day!nTuesday morning right back at it and installed a brand new roof and were done that afternoon, and I have a large roof.nNew gutters installed to perfection.nThe crew was meticulous about clean up of all scraps and old nails.nI would not hesitate to recommend Roach to anyone for roof installation.
Roach Home improvement LLC was able to accomplish what they said they would when installing my dads roof in less than two days. The entire crew was very professional and diligent; My dad was also very impressed at how the company was fast to take accountability for damage done to the concrete steps going up the porch by offering to pay for the repair. It is a good company with great integrity.
It was recommended that I have Roach Home Improvement replace my roof. After shopping around they did have the best pricing for what I needed. Every person that showed up or answered the phone was incredibly helpful and sincere. A new roof on my house and garage with new gutters all around were installed in 2 days and I could not be happier. Very nice local company, employing very hard working people.
We had a new roof installed and new siding put on due to hail damage. From the beginning of the process to the last day we felt that Roach's were very professional and knowledgeable. When we had to change some things, they were willing and quick to help us solve the problem. Every employee we dealt with from the office to the installation crews were friendly, respectful, and good listeners. And best of all, our house looks beautiful!
