I have been a member now for 7 months and have greatly enjoyed it. The coaches really know their stuff. The atmosphere is fun and exciting when working out. They strive to improve their business on a regular basis while challenging you to do the same. Love it!

This place is full of people that want to see you be healthy. The nutrition program has changed my husbands life, and in turn my own! We looks at food differently now, and ALL I do while grocery shopping is turn things over to read the ingredients list. It's not easy, but it's beyond simple. Wrapping up the latest nutrition challenge, I just wanted to say thank you! Thank you Cody, Steve, and the rest of the coaches. It's apparent that you only want this best for this community.
