I had an excellent experience this morning with my procedure. The staff was friendly, the nurses were great, and things ran as scheduled. Oh, and my physician did pretty good too!

I am so annoyed with this facility. I had a procedure and it didnt go as planned and everyone staff member ignored my concerns and pushed me out the door. So when I wanted to file a complaint I asked for a copy of my records and it's been almost a month and they keep putting me off, I am going to guess they are trying to cover something up. seriously disappointed.
