At first I was so excited about this doctors office. It is close to where we live and the people were friendly and knowledgeable. My struggles with their coding and billing process however has been the worst I have ever experienced. I was talked into getting my immunizations and discussing other issues-- the whole appointment was coded by them under the wrong diagnosis and then billed incorrectly and months later I am still on the phone constantly trying to straighten out bills and trying not to pay $400 for the flu shot and a simple check up. So frustrating and such a shame. I will never be going back.

This clinic is full of amazing, kind and caring individuals. From my experience of calling to make an appointment to seeing the doctor, everyone treated me with kindness and it was a smooth process. I saw Dr. Simpson who was very thorough and took the time to speak with me about all issues I might be experiencing. I've never had such a positive experience seeing the doctor! I'm glad to have found a clinic with people I feel I can trust and I look forward to be a patient there.
