Great experience. Daniel was so kind and helpful with my prescription refill! I was in Farmington from out of town, and was having quite some difficulty getting my prescription refilled. He was able to be very helpful with the problem that I was having with my insurance, and even sound a coupon that allowed me to be able to purchase the prescription At a discount. I also found the walk of pharmacy to be extremely helpful, as my husband was able to pull right up to the pharmacy window, and I was able to get in and out very quickly with my baby in the car. Awesome service, great staff, and very knowledgeable.

Meds are never ready. Always have to wait, even if you call ahead. Quote you wrong wait/fill time. Not very polite or friendly. Awful. Switching to U of U at Station Park.

Guys I know I always trash the Smith's pharmacy for being the most crowded pharmacy in Davis county but the nice pharmacist just saved me 90 dollars on my son's tamiflu. Kayla was so helpful and I will never forget her kind acts!

I usually love Smith's pharmacy, I normally use the one in Park City, which is 45 mins from my house. I received 1/2 of a 5 day prescription from PC on Wednesday, they still didn't have any in on Friday afternoon. I had to be in Kaysville first thing Saturday morning until Monday. I went to the Kaysville Smith's pharmacy Friday at 8:40 p.m. to inquire if I could get the remainder of my prescription which only had enough for 1 more day. The tech, Connie, was 0 help, and insisted I would have to drive back to Park city and pick up the remainder. After going back and forth on why that was not possible, I finally asked what can I do to make this situation work. She said I would have to call Park City because the perception may not be paid for, and figure it out from there, she made no effort to contact them herself, she could not be bothered. Please take note, there is NO one else in line or near the pharmacy, just me. She was even rude to the pharmacist in PC, who was extremely helpful to resolve my dilemma. When I came back the following day, to pick up the remainder, Hunter was great, friendly and helpful, also!

I had the Farmington Pharmacy refill 7 prescriptions. Two had to be authorized. I got an e-mail that the doctor din not authorize, I called my Doctor and was told they had been sent in. There was a younger male at the pharmacy desk. He would look at the computer screen and with the eyes of a deer in headlights ignore what I was saying. He was to call. Apparently, he does not have any drive, stats or follow-up. This pharmacy is one of the worst Ive ever seen. And it keeps getting worse. Be very careful with this pharmacy as you can';t trust or believe the personnel.
