Tax preparer very difficult to understand due to accent & very fast speech pattern. She also seemed ill-prepared for our visits and we were forced to sit there for lengthy periods while she shuffled and stapled papers, made copies, etc. Additionally, her data entry skills were painfully slow with lots of time spent sitting there while she corrected her typing. We both felt like a lot of our time was spent sitting there watching her do things that should have been done before our appointments.
