Muddy entrance after it rains. Other than that great Park. Love they have a take one and leave one book box and that it's beside the library and u can watch the roller coaster from here and listen to people scream in summer. Just adds to the aesthetic of being an old orchard Beach even if you are not visiting the strip.
Clean park, beautiful scenery, friendly area for all members of the family, and for babies. The family and I take long walks all around town and finish up here so the kiddos can play and let loose some built up energy. Beautiful memorial and areas to sit and relax an enjoy the fresh ocean air.
Memorial park is always clean and has plenty of benches and a few picnic tables for seating. A nice playground for the younger kids to play and basketball courts for the bigger kids.
Pleasant place. Truly relaxing and in interrupted. You can hear the waves pushing up the beach. Nice ....
