Lake Brook bed and breakfast, I give five stars.
Stayed at Lake Brook last year. It was charming, breakfast was FABULOUS. Innkeeper Carolyn knows the area and all its resources and she is a riot. Great value!
We called and made reservations about 3 weeks ago I spoke to Carolyn personally she took our credit card number and we were all set for 8/11 and 8/12 we arrived at the house and there was a “sticky note” on the door if we needed help call this number so I did spoke with Carolyn she said she was fully booked I reminded her of our telephone conversation and she remembered me and said she forgot to write down our reservation needless to say if was very hard to find somewhere else to stay we are from NY and had just driven 5 hrs in heavy traffic so going home was not an option ...... just posting this so no one else has this experience ud83dude18
