Heidi Johnston: Allstate Insurance

The customer service out of this office is absolutely horrible now. I was with them for years, and there were a couple times I was unhappy but I stuck with them. Recently I decided to shop for different coverage and ended up opting to switch to save myself a load of money. This agency flat out ignored the letter my new agency sent to cancel my policy and stop any auto payments. 2 weeks later Heidi sent me an email saying my policy was up for renewal, so i replied and told her once again that my policy was supposed to have been canceled already and asked her to ensure the cancellation happened. I got no response, and a week later I was charged my premium for a policy that should have been canceled 3 weeks prior. When I called the agency I was bounced to a voicemail by the woman who took my call. I waited for almost an hour for a call back then decided to just call the main customer service line. I finally got through to someone and got my policy canceled and backdated, but I am still waiting on my refund 5 days later. I will NEVER go back to Allstate, especially through this agency.

I was referred here by my friend Bob, a full-timer in town. I was not disappointed in the least. I ended up cheaper than Geico with the same coverage options added on, as well as renter's insurance, which actually made the whole bill quite a bit cheaper! Incredible, incredible stuff!

Very accommodating agency
