I have given this place two chances and have left disappointed each time. I had gotten my nails done 3 days ago and one nail snapped off almost immediately when calling the lady informed me she would fix it free of charge. Great! Made my appointment for afternoon of next day at 5 due to work. I work two jobs and it’s hard to fit these things into my schedule. Upon walking in she acted completely confused, explained my situation, was told to go sit in my car... confused I asked why? She said you have to wait for 25 minutes. I explained I made an appointment and have another job to get tonshe asked for my name said I made the appointment for 2:30 and fought me on it. Saying “ next time make appointment for right time” WHEN I DIDnWether it was miscommunication or not they’re overpriced, rude, terrible at time management, and the nails don’t last! Color selection sucks too! What’s worse is I live two minutes down the street and they would’ve had a customer for life.
I love the girls at Lee Nails & Spa! The quality work is amazing!
I had a very pleasant experience and the young lady who did my nails did a marvelous job. She listened to what I wanted and made sure I left happy. She was very professional, inventive, and kind. I needed help matching the right color and she matched it perfectly. Decent prices too. I highly recommend Lee nails and spa. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
