I have been dropping off packages here for awhile and suddenly she gave me an attitude as acted very ants towards my child. He runs a business and drops off packages and were trying to teach him responsibility. I guess this is also a lesson of how not to act. She told him to not come back and to order a pickup. Don’t waste your time!

Rose is always helpful with all our drop-offs and pick-ups. Some days the store is busy and you have to wait a bit, but that's to be expected. Like my local UPS store.

Worst store! The women there (I think she is the manager or supervisor) is rude and will absolutely not help. She just walked by and barked that’s not the right label for my amazon return. Then ignored me till I got the attention of the young gentlemen working in the back room. He took the time to explain that the item was to big to just scan and return like I always have done. I feel awful that that young man has to work with such a terrible person.nnI hope her behavior doesn’t rub off on him and he doesn’t think that how customers are suppose to be treated.nnAfter reading ALL the reviews of this Wellesley Hills store I can’t figure how UPS head office hasn’t realized there is a serious problem there yet ud83eudd14.

Absolute worst UPS store. Rose is unprofessional and rude. She said I had to re-package a return because the box was torn Please note, I brought my own tape since I’ve already experienced the ridiculous charge for tape from her! I repackaged the return. When I asked for a receipt, she said I do not need one. Today I had a UPS driver deliver the empty/ripped box to my home address!! All on camera! When I called concerned, she admitted to using an old shipping label (legal?) and taking the box from recycling bin and HANDING it to a driver to bring to my house! And my return is missing. Scary to say the least. Stay away!

Horrific service! Stay away. Used to be a wonderful place. There’s s woman who works at the front . Invents her own rules. Refuses to give receipts for amazon drop offs. RUDE. The owner is a nice man used to have great people working there. Pleasant . Not now. Go to the store on route 9 in Natick. Avoid this place.
