It's not Dan I have issues with it is Michelle Barrett. She has no business of her own. So I have to leave a review on his business , once again apologies to Dan. Back to my one star. Asked her to find properties and none of them met our criteria. Basically 2-4 weeks of wasted valuable time. Steer clear of Michelle Barrett big waste of your valuable time.

Dan has deep knowledge of the real estate market in Maine. He helped us find a gem of a home that was recently remodeled, met all of our needs space as well as amenities wise, and has extremely low taxes! Dan is a laid back low pressure broker, not rushing us and making sure we take our time to make the best decision. When it came to negotiating with the seller, however, Dan was aggressive. He put our interests first and was able to get us very favorable terms. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wants results, whether you are a buyer or seller, Dan will get it done!
