I arrived about 10 minutes late with 3 kids in tow during a major rainstorm. They said I was past the late time and that we ALL needed to be rescheduled. We had 3 appointments and the place was EMPTY - no one was gettin their hair done at all. The employees were clearly getting ready to go home and would only reschedule us for another day. I understand we were late but I would assume they could still do 1 or 2 of the appointments. We were not all getting done at once but they said they all had to be rescheduled!!! We had driven 30 min to even get there. I understand I was late and there is a penalty but this seemed over the top.

Crystal was very professional and friendly. Helped me pick out amazing color for my hair... I will definitely return and have her color and cut my hair again.

I made an appointment for cut and highlights but they put it in for just a cut so when I went in the person that was supposed to do it was still working on a dye job which was fine. I walked around Walmart for awhile went back she still had alot to do so I didn't get anything done. They were over booked and they don't put in the right appointment in computer right.

The beginning was a bit rough in that I'd booked my daughter and myself at the same time and no reservation for her was in the books however they were quick to accommodate a very lengthy cut color and highlight that turned out looking fabulous. For my daughter who had to wait for her turn being only two stylists on was thankfully patient with the salon not able to have books or other children's materials for entertainment I would have liked to have had us done at the same time but I recommend this salon for men and women of all ages but be sure to bring children something to do and masks are required for service and double check your booking to confirm your down for the right time and long enough to get what you want done without having to run into another patrons appointment.

I went in to get a platinum blonde color. I told her if it wouldnt work I would dye it instead. She didnt tell me it wouldnt work until after she started layering bleach in my hair. I now look like an orange creamsicle. Disappointed
