This is a wonderful house for a family and pets. The layout provides gathering spaces, yet it is large enough for everyone to have a private nook for reading and relaxing. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with and we cannot wait to visit again.

Memorable Stay for 6 Adults, 2 children, and 1 Boxern7 Henderson Lane holds a special place for our family. The location is ideal...... private with beautiful views, cool breezes off the water and a primo dock. The farmhouse is a classic gem. Jonathan did an outstanding job in making us feel comfortable in the middle of a pandemic. Our Covid concerns were greatly assuaged by the measures he takes for his guests. His staff had sanitized frequently touched surfaces. He put in place a 24 hour 'hold' until the next guests moved in. Jonathan provided an information folder which included signed cleaning schedules throughout the summer as well as local stores, restaurants and recommendations. We had access to curbside pickup for lobster, fresh fish, ice cream, bakery goods and groceries.nWhen we arrived the house was spotless, comfortable and well organized. There was room to spread out both in and outside of the house. It was a working vacation for some of the family and everyone felt they had privacy anytime they needed it. Lots of space to run around both for the grandchildren and our boxer Lucy. During the pandemic 7 Henderson Lane was a beautiful and safe haven. This was attributable to the hard work and diligence of the owner and his crew. And for us it meant that we had picked out a winner.nThank you, Jonathan.nnNancy and Family

This place is an incredible retreat for a spring, summer, or fall vacation. I visited with my family. We spent two weeks at this beautiful home. Having access to both sides of the small peninsula made for incredible views and a great time standup paddleboarding and kayaking straight from the dock. The house itself is in great shape and allowed for 8 of us to sleep comfortably. There was plenty of room for board games, and yard games in the 2 acres including a pristine lawn out front. The TV was easy to use for nights in watching movies. There was also plenty of things to do in the neighboring towns including beautiful hikes in Camden Hills State parks and fresh oysters in Damariscotta! Not to mention the usual Maine delicacy of local lobster rolls!nJonathan was incredibly responsive and accommodating in all requests that were made and even worked very hard after we left to find and return some tent poles that we left in the garage. I can't speak highly enough about the place!
