Had a lovely person come to my home to do an inspection/quote today. Totally professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was impressed & will be hiring them for pest control.

Not impressed. Tried on numerous occasions to set up an appointment, finally was able to to and they came to do a treatment. Was told they would be back in two weeks for a follow up. Has been over three weeks and no further contact. Have tried calling numerous times and left messages but no response. The service was great but customer service is not.
