Marilee helped us sell our home. She listed it, arranged staging advice, and scheduled open houses. She also helped us find a lot to build on, and worked with us through the entire process of building and buying a home. She always responded promptly, and if she was not going to be available, she informed us who we could contact in her absence. We know she had other clients only because she would occasionally mention a closing or open house she had to attend. But she made us feel we were her total focus. We would highly recommend her!

As first time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better Realtor than Marilee. We originally started with a different realtor and were not impressed when a friend recommended Marilee. It was like night and day switching to her! She is prompt, knowledgeable and definitely had our best interests in mind in all she did. She helped us really understand every step of the home buying process and made the closing process stress free. It took us a while to find a home, but she was supportive and encouraging the entire time. We never felt pressured to go into something we didn’t feel good about. We have already recommended her to many because she really goes above and beyond for her clients.

Marilee was wonderful to work with. She maintained a balance of professionalism and personal attention. She listened to our desires but did not hesitate to offer her advice and suggestions. She demonstrated confidence and understanding. She was prompt in her communications and on time when meeting with us and has shown an unusual ability to keep in touch with her clients even after we bought our home. She was knowledgable during closing and did not hesitate to raise questions when it was in our interest. She knows the market and her customer and appears to enjoy her work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy real estate. We have recommended her to other family members and close friends who have also enjoyed working with her.
