Very friendly service. Cecil came to our boat and diagnosed our Sub Zero freezer issue. He ordered the new part and returned a few days later to install. Hopefully he doesn't retire anytime soon!

Cecil responded to our call about our non-functioning dryer promptly and came to repair it in the middle of a snowstorm. Our dryer broke down on a Friday, and other providers would not have been able to help us until Monday. We are a hospitality business, with guests arriving soon, and we absolutely had to be able to do laundry over the weekend! Cecil came to our rescue. He was fast, thorough, super nice and courteous, and obviously knew what he was doing. The dryer was repaired, cleaned, and up and running again - and running better than it has in a long time - in little more than an hour. Thank you so much! We will definitely call Parson's the next time we need a repair.
