There is simply no way to manage a large insurance loss without the help of Swerling Milton Winnick. From day one they provided us with professional, compassionate and critical guidance to dealing with the loss of our home from fire. They guided us every step of the way and there is simply no way our claim would have been what it was without their professional guidance and support. Don’t walk this road alone. It is 100% worth the minimal percentage you pay to have their assistance and knowledge of everything you need to be addressing during a large claim. They played a huge part in our family moving forward and being able to put this terrible experience behind us.

I was very impressed with the kindness that Paul Winnick provided to my family during our loss. Paul called me back on a Sunday afternoon shortly after the fire. He was knowledgeable, calm and gave us all the right advice. In particular, my brother had signed an agreement with another agent who showed up at the scene of the fire. We were able to cancel that contract which was a very bad deal. I am happy to recommend Paul and his firm to anyone else in this tough situation.
