John and Jennifer are an amazing team! It felt like they became family to us during this process. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and experienced; they are strong advocates for you and have your best interest at heart. We shared some great laughs and fun along the way which certainly helped with the stress of moving. I can't recommend them enough!

We had the best experience selling our home through Jennifer and Jeremy Holmes! They handled the whole process with a personal touch, took care of problems as they arose, and kept us on task when we were required to do something. I can't say enough good things about Jennifer and Jeremy. I've always heard how much of a hassle it is to buy a house and that it's one of the most stressful things you'll do. However, they made buying a house one of the least stressful things I've done this year. They sat down with me to discuss my future "home" and were upfront with the fact that they would do everything they could to make sure I got what I needed. Even though they had emails sent to me with new listings, any time they saw a house come up on market, they would text me with the link and let me know what they think I might like or dislike about it. They were always willing to visit whatever property I was the least bit interested in and even told me certain houses weren't good and wouldn't fit my needs. They recommended vendors, took care of meetings when I couldn't attend due to my schedule, and made everything so smooth I never worried about a thing. Don't hesitate when hiring them because they'll find you the perfect home.

These two are fantastic! We came back a second time and just sold our townhome and purchase our new home using Jennifer and Jeremy. Our townhouse was in the middle of a lawsuit between the HOA and the builders for exterior builder defects and we felt hopeless for ever being able to sell and get out from under it all. Jen and Jeremy brought in multiple offers within 24 hours and ended up getting us $15,000 more than the listing price. They navigated through the lawsuit issue like pros and helped us purchase our new home which had to be released from a bankruptcy before purchase. These guys were 2 steps ahead of the game the whole time and made the process so much simpler. I highly recommend these guys, they are the best!

These guys are an amazing dynamic duo! They helped us purchase our home nearly 7 years ago. The sale almost fell through on the day of closing but they jumped in, worked their magic, and got the deal closed. I only found out, after the fact, what a mess it had been. They handled all the chaos for me and all I had to do was show up to a smooth closing. What a professional and knowledgeable team, I wouldn't trust anyone else!
