My first experience here was sub par to say the most. My hair dresser (who said she had 18+ years if experience) said she could to the ombre that I wanted no problem. Had great conversation, then when I see the end product it's not at all what I wanted. Now I'm not one to complain right away. I gave myself a couple days. Hated it. Called to have her fix it and she said what I wanted needed multiple sessions, but couldn't have told me that at the time? Shady. I was given a full refund and will not return.
