Diane Allan has been one of the best and most qualified real estate agents I have ever worked with! We are a military family, so we have had our share of agents over the years. We often use military channels to select agents in new cities. Through these channels, only a few of the most experienced and qualified agents are offered. Diane is truly the cream of the crop! We had a few complications with this sale and she was in constant contact and guided us through. We felt like we were her only clients, which I knew wasn’t true, because she also represented another family and few streets away. I once sought out a second opinion concerning our purchase in PA, way out of her scope. She took the time and gave me a well thought out response. Such an incredible resource and advocate. We could have “thrown a bone” to a friend or family member, but we chose not to. This was the biggest asset we owned, we wanted the best to represent us. Thank you, Diane!

I worked with Diane on a deal in Davis County. She was representing the Buyer and I the Seller. During the transaction we had multiple hurdles to negotiate through to make to get the deal done. Diane was very knowledgeable and responsive to each situation not stressing her buyers out which is a common mistake with newer agents. Her professionalism and candor maintained a calm, stress-free environment for her clients enabling the deal to close. I can't say enough about her.
