My experience at Casco Bay Ford was fun and exhilarating! Dylan was a very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly salesman who guenuilly cared about his client. He went above and beyond to assure I was comfortable and not blindsided by anything. I will be recommending this dealership, and specifically Dylan as a salesman. I will be dealing with this company in the future. Thank you for the beautiful truck!

Had a great experience at Casco Bay Ford buying my vehicle recently. Eben was great, very informative and knowledgeable. Seamless car buying experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Eben and this dealership.

They got me in very quicklynHowever, I asked for a written estimate to see if work would assist with payment. I did not receive a professional quote at all. They did not give me the copy that details everything. Instead it was typed out on plain paper with no logo on it. It had spelling errorsnI was also told it was a dealer item only That was a lie. I googled the part and it was a fraction of the cost I was told. More than $300 the cost of the part that can be ordered from any automotive parts place. Also I was told 1.5 hours labor. I was also told it only takes less than 30 minutes to put in by an auto mechanic I know So it will actually be $700 less than what I was toldnSad that you would do that to anyone

Has been quite a while since I've gone to a dealership to look at a new vehicle.nSarah was a absolute pleasure to speak with when I called and made initial contact , she is extremely helpful and very good at her role at the dealership. She set me up an appointment for me with a salesperson, Alex.nAlex was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.nhe went above and beyond to try to be as accommodating to my needs as he could be. unfortunately due to details on my side of the deal we were not able to make a deal today, but I'm not done with Casco Bay Ford. I will definitely be returning there to purchase or lease a vehicle and deal with Sarah and Alex again.nI highly recommend Casco Bay Ford for their sales experience.
