Thank you and the entire staff for providing a relaxing and comfortable environment. I truly appreciated the constant communication about what was happening during the procedure and what to expect. I highly recommend this dental practice. I have been unhappy with the previous dentist I was using and recently switched to Wellesly Family Dental. My first appointment was last month and it was just a straightforward cleaning. The Hygenist was very kind and seemed very capable at her job. She worked quickly and did not cause me any discomfort whatsoever. I returned today because I needed a filling. I was able to spend much more time with the Dentist today. Dr. Moskowitz is clearly exceptional at her job. The filling is so smooth that I can not feel it at all when I bite down. My previous filling, from another practice, took several months to feel normal. This dentist has the best bedside manner of any dentist I have ever used. She clearly prioritized my comfort level over just getting the work done. She repeatedly stopped to check on me. Getting a tooth drilled is never pleasant, but she made this an easy experience. In addition, I never felt rushed out of the appointment. She took at least a dozen pictures and spent time with me. She answered all of my questions and really explained what was going on and what she recommended. She was so patient, and I never felt like she was condescending as she explained the different terminology so that I could fully comprehend. The office is beautiful and the bathroom was very clean. I have already scheduled my next cleaning in 6 months and I plan to switch the rest of my family over to this practice. I highly recommend !!!
