Their skeleton coverage will leave you driving miles out of your way for basic care & their misleading coverage details will leave you shocked by medical bills. You can even see/hear providers grimace when you mention them. Absolutely avoid them if you can.

I was denied coverage to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was told I had already used up my coverage even though this was March and all I had done was a cleaning which was two free a year and a filling. So now I have to pay over $2000 out of pocket.

I wish i could put no start they don't cover anything. I an waiting on my 3 Approval from my 2nd doctor. I'm scared that it will be denied.

By far the worst insurance carrier I've ever dealt with. As a community provider that interfaces with many insurance providers I have never had so much difficulty and run around as I did with this one. After seeing a patient for a long period of time this company denied payment and left the patient with thousands of dollars to pay out of pocket. Shame on them!
