Kevin Hill was recommended to me by a friend when I was about to start the process of buying my first home. As a first time home buyer with little knowledge of the Utah market, houses or real estate in general (Yes, I was very green) I wanted to work with someone who could answer all of my dumb questions and be able to explain how the whole process works. What I got from Kevin was all that and much more. I wanted to see a lot of houses and Kevin was always very available to show me homes on my time. When we did walkthroughs at the potential homes, it was like having a real estate agent and a home inspector all there at the same. He was able to explain all the potential issues I might have in the home. Some that might be easy fixes to not worry about and some issues that might be problematic. His industry knowledge is fantastic. He explains everything so well and break down all the typical jargon, so it was easier to understand. He was also able to negotiate the sale price down way below my budget. I cannot tell you how happy I was knowing that Kevin was there to help me through stressful process. I am definitely calling Kevin when I’m ready to buy my next house.

My wife and I worked with Kevin to find a home in our price range and with the requirements we were looking for last year. I was impressed with his knowledge of building practices, details about the area we were looking at and possible costs we might see down the road if we purchase one home compared to another we were looking at. He was very available with our tight schedules and was very helpful during negotiations. I would refer him to anyone I know.
