Four visits to this place and three of the visits were problems and the Front woman doesn't handle complaints well at all and talks in her language to the other employees about you ( you realize this when all the heads whip around and focus on you)!nYou ask for a service and you get swamped with all other service suggestions when you decline one. It's one after the other.nI'm a licensed cosmetologist. I know when procedures are shoddy. I know how to treat customers.
Got a great pedicure, but establishment lost several stars because the quoted $31 pedicure ended up costing me $40. At checkout, was told that because they used the razor blade on my feet, the cost increased. I have the tool and blades at home, and paid a few dollars more than the additional $9.nFool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

I was here last week and they rushed me through in 24 minutes for my pedicure. The chair I sat in didn’t work for massage. The soak was only warm water, no salts. And leg massage? They rubbed lotion onto my legs. I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now and am disappointed with how much the quality and customer service has gone downhill. They seem to be successful regardless though, they’ve recently expanded and are always busy.
