If I could give ZERO I would. This is by far; the worst place I have ever dealt with. I never got to move in! Went through the entire application process with Amanda the manager. Was approved, picked out the trailer I wanted. Then was informed that I was denied! But only because Amanda didn’t submit all mynInformation. Got that straightened out, and they sold the trailer I wanted.nThey brought another trailer in; especially for me, it was supposed to be MINE. Guess what? 9 months later I found out it’s for sale. Hmmm imagine that!nGood communication NOT

Abby is the nicest person. I've been looking for a place to call home since the beginning of February and with her help we found the perfect place for me and my family!

Love the location and the house. Been here since 2013 and cant even tell you how many managers the park has been through due to stealing and embezzling. The complaints i have is no one respects other property and people steal everything from snow shovels to anything not locked up we even had garden gnomes and lights stolen. Paid our lot rent 6 months ahead just to get a eviction notice stating we havent paid for a month. Hopefully the new manager will keep trying but have real doubts due to some of the people that live here. My family wants to buy a few trailer here but i wont refer them till i see how things work out this summer. Cameras are a mist for this place if you dont want your car broke into or kids scratching it. Lil update the new management is trying hard to make improvements. I bumped up my rating due to looking back they are trying.

I have lived here for a little over a year now and Franklin woods community is one of the best places that I have lived in a long time. The staff is always here for me and very helpful. The community is clean and quiet neighbors are great and my family and I feel very safe here. I would recommend Franklin woods community to anyone looking for a nice peaceful place to move into. Thank you to Franklin woods community and the staff for being here for us.

Very Discrimitory towards the disabled. Pay 475 a month and not allowed to use the property for anything. Not allowed to have anything personal outside. Can’t work on vehicles in driveway. No outside toys. No bikes outside. Can’t set stuff out on sidewalk for people to take.
