We made a very quick decision to sell our first home! Without hesitation we called Allison because she was so great in helping us find the house that was perfect for our family 7 years ago. Both helping us buy AND sell, she focuses on our wants and needs, is patient in profesionally answering our million questions and is always quickly willing to go beyond regular job duties to help where needed! My husband and I needed to sell 2 houses in a short amount of time in order to build our new home. Carlos did a FANTASTIC job getting both houses sold! When buyers backed out on both deals, he pushed hard and had them both under contract again! He continues to do everything he can during the building process and has assisted all along the way!! If you want someone who will go above and beyond, Carlos is your man!

Working with Allison was the best!! She helped us find the perfect home for us right now! She was so patient with us when we weren’t sure what we were doing and changed the things we were looking for a lot! As we looked at houses together she was very informative pointing out things we should pay attention to that I would have never thought to look at ex: windows, fixed ceiling from leaks and cracks in the house. She always told us what was going on and the next steps we needed to take. When our life got a little crazy having our daughter be born 4 weeks early she went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok for me and even offered to come help me pack boxes! She became a close friend and part of the family in this whole experience!
