I have been taking my dog here for a year and they have always provided prompt and reliable care. They are accommodating and will do their absolute best to see your pet ASAP. If they cannot see your pet same day, they will call you to check in and provide guidance until the appointment. After the appointment, they always follow up and make sure your pet is doing well (even after vaccines).nnI am the process of moving to another town and found a new vet that was closer to my new home, as Brookville would be further away. I am currently dog sitting a 6 month old puppy and the puppy came down with an ear infection which needed to be looked at. I called the new vet (not Brookville) and they told me to take her to the ER vet and brushed me off because the puppy isn’t a current patient of theirs. So then, I called Brookville and explained the situation that the puppy isn’t a current patient, but she has an ear infection and needs medicine. They happily accommodated and saw the puppy same day! They welcomed her with warm arms, cleaned her ears, and prescribed medicine.nnThank you Brookville for being accommodating and reliable! Needless to say I will not be switching vets and will make the longer drive for my dog to continue to go to Brookville. At the end of the day, reliable and prompt care is important.

I can't say enough about the doctors and staff at Brookville. I've been taking my dogs here for 11+ years and they have received exceptional care. They're so good with the animals and their true concern is the well being of them. Thank you to all for taking such great care of my boys.

Very professional staff who care for the animals and are compassionate with handling my dog. Follow-up call for test results in a timely manner and when promised. Explanation provided in layman terms. Willing to answer questions. Very accommodating with request to add additional services to be performed with one day notice. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal! Always taking care of our dogs and they do a great job! The doctor is always detailed in explaining and prices are reasonable. They even manage to make appointments last minute! Highly recommend. We have 3 dogs and at times it’s hectic.
