I love this place! They’re amazing- we have three dogs now and we had four. They always take great care of us and Joey is absolutely the best! She’s so knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend!
No email to let me know that they had closed amd moved to Bensenville..i wouldn't of found that out unless i hadn't of called
The staff at Aurora Veterinary Clinic are the best! Very attentive, caring and so helpful. No matter if I come with my pet that needs basic vetting, sick or hurting I receive the best care from everyone. Very attentive to my needs and help explain in detail what is needed to help my furry friend!
I’ve been bringing my dog here for the last couple years, most recent visit was a couple weeks ago. Seems to be under new management and was the best visit so far. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they care about the animals. The place is convenient, clean, and their fees are reasonable. Thank you for taking such good care of my Chelsie!
I called a week ago to make an appointment to put my 15 year old shih Tzu to sleep. I specifically asked the receptionist exactly how much this would cost so I could come prepared and not have to have one more worry on a day that would already be horrible. I was told $100. When I arrived today first off the receptionist was extremely rude and almost hostile in the way she talked to me and my friend who came with for support. When the nurse came in to discuss payment, who was much nicer, said it would be $200!! I told her I was told $100 over the phone and only brought $120 with me. She walked away to discuss with I only assume was the vet and came back to tell me she could do it for 120 but I wouldn't be allowed in the room. She gave explanation on different procedures and pricing, I told her it was NOT about the cost, I had been told a price that price should of been honored. Not wait till I'm crying my eyes out and change it up to conveniently match the amount I had in my pocket. I honestly am just so disgusted with how I was treated and my friend was appalled. I pray no one is ever treated like this again! Especially by the receptionist who should be ashamed of herself.
