Great experience from start to finish. Very kind staff. Very knowledgeable and up front with cost. No sales pressure either which is typical at most optical places. Doctor was super friendly with all 4 of my kids ages 2 to 9. Definently will go back.
This was my first visit. The doctor and his staff did a great job with the exam and Kim was very helpful with fitting me for glasses. She made the process fun!
Mark Burke’s office is exceptional. I was so grateful to find him. Mark spelled everything out for me in easy terms for care, cost, recommendations, and health / other medical conditions I would not have known could affect my eye sight. His patience and communication during my visit made the enormously positive distinction between Mark and past doctors.nnDana, Angela, and Kim were great. Special shout out to Dana for her patience as I chose frames lol.nnThanks guys!
