I had my first optimal shake the other day and it was delicious. Great customer service. As I was undecided and wanted the choice with the most added protein value after my workout, she patiently explained how to mix tea and shake for the optimal health benefits. Price is very reasonable for a healthy choice of shake. Prepare to wait a bit longer depend on how many customers are buying because it's small and there is only staff however she was very efficient. I will definitely go back.
This place is fantastic! The shakes and service is great. The girl made me a salted caramel that wasn't even on the menu! I paired it with a blue razz lemonade aloe tea and was full for hours. I went back the next day!
I've been wanting to go here for so long and finally stopped in today! Both people working were so friendly & welcoming and of course my shake was delicious. Love their decor and little details like writing a nice message on my cup lol. Definitely will be back!

My first experience at optimal was amazing. The girls are so friendly , the owner is absolutely wonderful her personality really shows she loves what she does. The tea that I tried was so delicious and energizing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wanted to try a more clean and delicious tea.
