I have found the pharmacists and staff that has been there for awhile have always been very caring and helpful. I have noticed since the remodel and addition of some new pharmacists that the team has been a little more stressed but that's unfortunately to be expected with change. However, my opinion of their character and knowledge hasn't changed. I think they do a great job!

Wish I could give them no stars. Most incompetent pharmacy I have ever used. Medications are never in stock, everything takes days to come in, prescriptions are never refilled for the correct date. Multiple times they filled prescription that weren't asked to be filled. I now drive an hour to my old Meijer pharmacy where they have everything correct and on time. It amazes me how they don't care about patients health, ended up in the ER twice due to them not having my prescriptions filled on time. Just incompetence!

Was told they didn’t receive a prescription for me despite me having all the documents from my healthcare provider stating my prescription had been sent here this morning, was told to walk around the store for a half hour. when they finally got my prescription ready they wouldn’t let me use my HSA card. Had to pay out of pocket, and not one person I spoke to seemed sorry or apologized for the inconvenience.
