Improovy painters were professional and did a great job painting the exterior of my greystone home in Chicago. The crew was timely, professional and did a great job with everything requested. I interacted with Chris and Kevin to set up the appointment and they were prompt and responded to all inquiries within the same day. There was a minor miscommunication regarding one feature of the job but we were able to resolve it amicably and I’m content with the finished product. I would recommend Improovy if you’re looking for an experienced and professional painting company.
We needed two bedrooms painted, and had some trouble finding someone willing to come out. Improovy responded really quickly to my quote request and were able to schedule us less than 3 days after our first email. Connor came out and did the job really well. We had a few trimming issues, and Improovy quickly resent Connor out to update the issues. Overall, definitely 5 star service, 4 star on the job, but they were very easy to work with and corrected our issues immediately. Everyone was super friendly and courteous.
Had a referral to use this company and have been extremely pleased. Very professional guys , always on time, thorough, professional and very patient. If you want high quality work,these are your guys :)
Very pleased with everything from the estimate to the finished product. Chris, Juan & team were very professional, timely & responsive to all of our inquiries & request. We will be using them again for all of our paint & staining needs in the future.
Chris and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning and scraping and then repainting our exterior metal staircase. Could not be happier with the result and the communication throughout the process. Highly recommend.
