Came in here tonight to get some cookies, it was probably about 30 minutes to closing time. To my surprise, they had the RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE cookie I’ve been looking for, for years!! I haven’t seen them at any Subway in A very long time. It’s my favorite cookie and they only had one so I got it and five other cookies. However, my experience there was displeasing to say the least. The young man working inside the store acted like he had a stank attitude. Maybe he had a bad day, but as a former Subway employee over 8 years ago, I always treated the customers with respect and with a great attitude. Maybe your employees should work on that. Still happy I got my cookie though! 3 stars ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f
Fast service ,just not enough meat on a sandwich and not all locations are the same !
I worked there recently ( management) and I'm sorry for whomever eats there.. I will add photos .. Please DO NOT DRINK FROM soda fountain. And if you eat there good luck... You don't know what your food has been through & how disgusting this place and 18 other subway stores this husband & wife own throughout Wheaton, Joliet, Mokena, etc.. Don't know how they are still allowed to be in business. I tried to clean it but I'm 1 person!! Posted photos under photos of inside soda fountain and Tea is usually a week old with black mold as well.
I came to buy something to eat for me and my boys and it was 12 o'clock in the day and they had a handwritten sign where it said we open 12:15 and the boy was in a car opposite smoking ... honestly there is no professionalism
Very rude place never eating again here.
