Cathy Palmer is Fabulous. I have used here services multiple times on several homes. Cathy is knowledgeably, direct and best of all has MY interest at heart, (Not just the sell). She has taken the time to help me find just the right property to buy, and just the right buyer for my properties. She is great at pre-screening people so she does not waste my valuable time. If you want a pandering pushover who won't do what's best for you don't hire Cathy. But if you want the best who will help you through the process, I highly recommend her.

She helped us secure a great deal on our home, and made excellent recommendations for the home inspection company and title company. Cathy Palmer is amazing! She helped us choose the perfect home at a great price and pointed out lots of things to look for during our hunt for the perfect place.
