They can do better. This evening I think was a bit of a bust. But regardless of missing it es. Taco bell can hit the spot when you awnat a Doritos locos taco or a dozen.

Order a nacho fries box for the first time this afternoon and while paying for my food the cashier (Claire) literally shoves the food in my hand.. I asked if there was a straw included with the drink (since typically they are attach to cup with sticker) she loudly goes “huh?!” I then proceed to repeat myself and she states it’s in the box before I can even thank her she moves away from the window so it closes. I proceed to drive off and while double checking my food not only is the straw missing so are napkins. Frustrated I then start to bite into my hard shell taco and the ground beef is cold. I understand Taco Bell is fast food but if you don’t know how to properly approach customers do not work in customer service. An unpleasant experience as a whole.

I ordered a crunch wrap with a soft taco, 2 extra soft tacos, a chicken chipotle melt and 3 cinnamon twist. I got home saw that I didn't get my twist. I had to go back to go get them. I got home again and notice that now I was missing the chicken chipotle melt, and they gave me 1 hard taco when I order 3 soft tacos. I don't know who is running this place but this is unacceptable. this is the second time they mess up my food. I love Taco Bell but honestly this is making me not want to go back there again. They need to start training their staff a lot better. People should get what they order and what they pay for.
