This company does not believe or encompass the values of Salt Lake City. They are buying up land left and right in lower income areas of the city and washing away its character with their cookie cutter designs. Not only are they an eye sore but they over priced and totally gentrifying our neighborhoods. Do not support this AWFUL developer.

CW does a fantastic job bringing beautiful, stylish looking homes to the Salt Lake area. The design aesthetic for their work is stunning both inside and outside. CW is a such a fun and great company to work with and would highly recommend them.

This company’s projects speak for themselves... they are beautiful, well constructed and the company is very professional. This company pours heart into its projects and looks out for the people of the community. I have been so impressed with CW and it’s projects. I can not wait to see what else they create to help build and boost this economy!

I've worked on CW Urban's projects for some time, and have seen over and over that their hearts are in the right place. Our valley is in great need of thousands of apartment units, and I've watched CW work hard and creatively to provide high-quality, affordable housing. Changes to our city can be disruptive, even painful, so I'm happy such conscientious people are involved in the development we so badly need.

C.W. Urban is a reputable company that has brought great face value, with their work, to the Salt Lake Metro area, and neighboring suburbs for as long as I’ve known them. Great company, even greater people behind the scenes. Highly recommend
