Just moved here for work. Great service, quick in and out! It seems it has gotten better from when a lot of the negative reviews were posted.
They dont take cash deposits !!! I mean what?!?!? Its a bank !!! Only through atm . Waste of my time
Used to be a great branch with excellent customer service. Has gone downhill with the updates and renovations. Waiting for over an hour to get a document notarized. Seems like staffing had really been reduced.
I love chase bank. Staff here is very professional and courteous. However, bank manager needs to be trained again. She is not welcoming. For example, if customer go to this bank for notary service (free service provided by chase bank to chase costumers) and bank manager will ask you to go to UPS store. She also hang out in the waiting area intimidating the customers.
Being greeted at the door and announcing my business loudly is very unprofessional! What happened to being discreet? Afterall it is a bank!
